Job summary

EPS Corporation in Lexington Park, MD, seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities across multiple C6ISR programs for government customers. You will act as the lead and primary interface with Government Project Leads, overseeing resources, schedules, and performance to ensure successful delivery of technical, operational, cost, and schedule objectives.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 8+ years managing technical programs, and an active TS/SCI

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering/IT or related field required.
• 8+ years of professional experience managing technical programs or projects.
• 4+ years of management, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience supporting DoD programs and military operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects supporting military C6ISR systems and operations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Government Project Leads and other program stakeholders.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control project activities to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate personnel, schedules, budgets, and resources across projects and task areas.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, WBS, POA&M, and IMS.
• Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with risk management processes.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, minutes, and executive briefings.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Foster collaboration among government stakeholders, technical teams, subcontractors, and support personnel.
