Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, systems engineering, or related roles with DoD/DHS C5ISR programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; master's preferred.
• Proven performance leading projects with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high level architectures and designs for ground infrastructure and mission systems.
• Develop detailed specifications and requirements.
• Create CSE solutions and document them.
• Draft system design ideas and reports for enterprise CSE solutions.
• Provide training, prototypes, and field-ready solutions.
• Travel at least 25% to meet Government requirements.
