Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Assessments & Capabilities Analyst (Senior) to work on-site at Camp Smith, HI. The role focuses on policy guidance, technical assistance, and coordination of C5 capabilities across the MARFORPAC AOR, supporting FMF C2, AC2, and kill web efforts.

Responsibilities include providing operational planning support for C5 capabilities across exercises and operations, and briefing senior leadership on C5 effectiveness aligned with MFPCP/MFPCO objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; 10 years with MS/MA; 7 years with Ph.D.; Will consider Associate with14 years or HS with 16 years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required or the ability to obtain SCI.
• Travel for planning conferences, OAI execution and engagements with allies and partners.
• Knowledge of DOD, USMC and military culture and procedures
• Ability to manage and brief senior leaders
• U.S Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Provide policy advice, technical assistance, and support to MARFORPAC in the planning, coordination, de-confliction, and implementation of C5 capabilities across the MARFORPAC Area of Operation.
• Provide operational planning support to all operations and exercise life-cycle events with a focus on C5 capabilities.
• Attain mastery of the OPLAN/OPLAN C5 requirements to match emerging technologies to FMF needs and assess current capabilities.
• Prepare reports and briefs to senior leadership on C5 effectiveness relative to MFPCP objectives and tasks.
