Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced C2IE Support Lead, Senior to manage Command and Control Information Environment (C2IE) support operations across the Indo-Pacific. The role serves as frontline logistics manager responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing personnel and activities supporting logistics data, operational information, and mission support processes within the C2IE.

• Lead C2IE support activities, personnel, workload, and resources across the program.
• Supervise and develop assigned personnel, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Translate priorities into executable objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
• Plan staffing, resources, risk, and issue escalation to maintain operations.
• Oversee data management and information integration for planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain logistics dashboards, reports, and decision-support products.
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and synchronization across systems.
• Coordinate with planners, IT, and partners to resolve priorities.
• Support development of reporting procedures and data standards.
• Monitor performance and data flows; identify quality issues and improvements.
