Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a C2IE Support Lead, Senior to manage C2IE logistics across the Indo-Pacific, directing personnel and activities that integrate logistics data and mission support processes for better operational planning.

Reporting to the Logistics Planning Lead, you will assign work, monitor performance, and coordinate with government stakeholders, IT specialists, and partners to deliver timely, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics management or DoD related roles.
• Experience with logistics information systems and command & control systems.
• Experience briefing senior Government leadership on logistics performance.
• Experience supporting Joint, Combatant Commands, or SOF.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead C2IE support activities, staffing, and resources for the program.
• Direct supervision and development of assigned personnel.
• Translate priorities into objectives, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate staffing, risk, and workload for dispersed operations.
• Plan and oversee data management and information integration activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and decision-support products.
• Establish controls to ensure data accuracy and timeliness across systems.
• Coordinate with planners, IT, and logistics managers to resolve priorities.
• Support development of procedures and training materials.
• Monitor performance and identify areas for process improvement.
• Deliver executive briefings on performance, risks, and actions.
• Support theater logistics planning and contingency operations.
