CACI is seeking a C-UAS Planner within USCENTCOM to develop and coordinate counter-UAS strategies and conduct operations. You will focus on creating CONOPS, coordinating with joint forces and partner nations, and delivering concise senior-leader briefings to shape enterprise-wide C-UAS efforts.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, substantial command-level planning experience, and the ability to produce actionable, analytics-driven guidance under pressure.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• BA/BS or AA degree with 6 years relevant experience, or HS/GED with 10+ years.
• Combatant Command planning, C-UAS operations, or force protection experience.
• Familiarity with USCENTCOM’s AOR and dynamics.
• Knowledge of C-UAS technologies and staff tools (Microsoft Suite, Maven, C2IE).
• Experience in joint operations or interagency coordination.
• Strong written, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent briefing skills for senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in JPP or MDMP planning frameworks.
• Ability to operate under pressure in dynamic environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine planning materials at the Combatant Command level to support operations.
• Rapidly develop CONOPS for complex C-UAS tasks aligned with USCENTCOM goals.
• Prepare concise talking points for senior-level meetings on C-UAS priorities.
• Coordinate with partner nations, joint forces, and interagency stakeholders.
• Respond to information requests from general officers with actionable insights.
• Attend JOC/FPOC briefings to ensure effective C-UAS TTPs in theater.
• Provide analytics-driven planning recommendations to commanders during operations.
• Analyze after-action reports to adapt to evolving C-UAS threats.
• Maintain Partner Nation Laydown materials and advise on integration challenges.
• Advise on acquisition and R&D strategies to maintain technological superiority.
