Job summary

Captivation Software is seeking a senior software engineer to assist with daily responsibilities as part of a team delivering mission-focused software solutions. The role requires current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph, and U.S. citizenship.

A Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required, with substantial SWE experience in complex programs. 15 years of SWE experience are required; alternative with 4 extra years of relevant SWE work may substitute for the degree.

Qualifications

Fifteen (15) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Senior SWE to assist with daily responsibilities and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Work on software development and maintenance for test infrastructure and related tooling.
