Captivation Software is seeking a senior software engineer to support mission-critical capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of SWE experience, a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, and strong proficiency in C++ with Python and Shell scripting. A TS/SCI clearance and U.S.

citizenship are required to work on government-related projects. In addition, the role emphasizes CI/CD expertise to modernize builds and enable continuous testing across test infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• C++ with some Python and Shell scripting.
• CI/CD experience; able to modernize build process and continuous testing.
