NCR Voyix is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to design and develop features for Payments and Loyalty software within the CFR division. You will work in an Agile team, mentor colleagues, and contribute to automated testing and documentation while delivering high-quality software.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, estimate efforts, and help drive release decisions. The role offers bonus potential and opportunities to work on leading industry products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
• 5+ years of C++ experience on Windows.
• Modern C++ (C++11+) and 3+ years Python experience.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Experience producing technical designs for software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new product features and modify existing features.
• Build and execute unit tests for code.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve issues with released software.
• Mentor team members and conduct code and test reviews.
• Participate in agile development with automated testing to verify acceptance criteria.
