Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Senior Software Engineer III to drive design and development of payments and loyalty software within the CFR division in Irving, TX. You will lead a team, implement features, write documentation, and ensure high quality through automated tests.

You will contribute to analysis, design, testing, and reviews while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The role offers growth and an attractive compensation package with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Services or equivalent.
• 5+ years of C++ experience on Windows environment.
• Modern C++ standard (C++11+) experience.
• 3+ years of Python experience.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Experience producing technical designs for software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new product features and modifications with technical documentation.
• Build and execute unit tests for new or existing code.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve issues in released software.
• Mentor teammates and conduct code and test reviews.
• Participate in Agile development and implement user stories with automated tests.
• Provide input into release management decisions and ETA planning.
• Lead design/analysis, testing and review processes.
