Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an Expert Software Engineer to design and implement distributed digital data infrastructures for advanced Test & Measurement solutions. You will lead evaluation and prototyping of new technologies, transforming concepts into production capabilities with a focus on high-performance data streaming across CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs, and SmartNICs.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering.
• Strong software design and OO development with Modern C++.
• 4+ years building hardware control or performance-critical software.
• Experience with PCIe and modern I/O architectures.
• Knowledge of device drivers, OS, and real-time processing.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, prototyping, and adoption of new technologies to differentiate Keysight products.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and domain experts to turn ideas into production features.
• Develop reusable software components enabling broad adoption across product lines.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices and code quality.
• Deliver high-performance data streaming and processing for CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs, and SmartNIC-based systems.
