Job summary

Applied Intuition Inc. is seeking highly motivated Software Engineers to build core middleware components for its SDV platform, emphasizing C++ and high‑performance networking. The role requires strong C++ expertise, experience with SOME/IP/DDS, and a drive to own technical decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborative, cross‑functional teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping complex, production software in embedded/automotive/robotics domains.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong C++ expertise including multi-threading, mutexes, and design patterns.
• Experience with communication middleware such as SOME/IP or DDS.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts built on the Ethernet stack.
• Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment and own technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core platform services using C++, focusing on multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Develop and extend communication middleware utilizing protocols such as SOME/IP or DDS across the platform.
• Work within AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform functional clusters (e.g., Adaptive Platform Core, Communication Management, Execution Management, State Management).
• Apply expertise in networking and the Ethernet stack to ensure reliable, high-throughput data exchange in the vehicle.
• Contribute to robust design of system management functions (Health Management, Diagnostics) within the SDV architecture.
