Applied Intuition, Inc. is hiring a Software Integration Engineer to deliver end-to-end software features across software and hardware for autonomous vehicle systems.

You will work with cross-functional hardware and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of complex automotive software and hardware interactions. The role emphasizes building test rigs, debugging integrations, and understanding automotive architectures while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in relevant engineering field, graduating Dec 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Strong CS fundamentals and software engineering.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Understanding of electronic systems and how to setup and debug them.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-system, application-level software features spanning both software and hardware in C/C++, meeting customer requirements.
• Develop end-to-end software integrations in C/C++, including applications such as: Matrix headlight control, Smart vehicle access via mobile app integration, In-car voice assistant functionality, etc.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware and electrical teams to develop and deploy systems that enable custom software feature integration for intelligent vehicles.
• Build a deep understanding of automotive system architecture and the interactions between software and hardware components.
• Design and bring up test rigs for end-to-end system testing and on-vehicle validation.
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot integrations between various software components to ensure reliability and system performance.
