Job summary

Employee Navigator is seeking a senior software engineer to join our on-site/hybrid team in Bethesda, MD or Salt Lake City, UT. You will work with C#, .NET Core, MVC, and Vue.js to design and build scalable features for our enrollment engine.

You will participate in code reviews, plan features with product owners, and coach teammates while delivering robust software in a Kanban flow. Prior full-stack experience and strong C# knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 8+ years of professional experience in a full-stack development role.
• Proven in-depth knowledge of C#.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Vue.js is a plus; JavaScript knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan out code and design features.
• Help teammates with code reviews.
• Build and maintain products with real-world usage.
• Rapidly iterate and roll out new code; ship features when complete.
• Build scale into code and design.
• Collaborate with DevOps to improve tooling and pipelines.
• Collaborate with Front-End Engineers on UI widgets.
• Design web service APIs.
• Senior engineers will coach coding and design techniques.
