Job summary

OTR Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Developer to build and evolve internal applications using C#/.NET and React. You will design end-to-end features, partner with stakeholders, and help scale our cloud-native platform that supports operations, funding, and client services.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong C#/.NET, REST APIs, and cloud/PaaS familiarity. We value collaboration, quality code, and a drive to learn cutting-edge fintech technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET 6/8+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Cloud experience (Azure or AWS) and CI/CD practices.
• Experience building internal or line-of-business applications with real users.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications using C#/.NET and React.
• Translate business needs into well-scoped technical solutions.
• Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of systems.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to deliver business value.
• Help evolve development practices (CI/CD, observability, tooling)
