Alignerr is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer to design and optimize high-performance AI data pipelines and evaluation tooling. This fully remote, hourly contract role focuses on scalable C++17/20 systems, SIMD, and lock-free multithreading to support large-scale AI workloads and frontier model benchmarking.

You will collaborate with research and data teams, review designs, and ship production code that matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience writing production-grade C++.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and optimize high-performance C++ systems for large-scale AI data pipelines and evaluation workflows.
• Develop full-stack tooling and backend services for data annotation, validation, and quality control at scale.
• Improve reliability, throughput, and safety across existing production C++ codebases.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, edge cases, and systemic issues and implement scalable fixes.
• Collaborate with data, research, and engineering teams to accelerate model training and evaluation cycles.
• Participate in design reviews to iterate on system architecture and implementation decisions.
