Job summary

Transformational Security, LLC is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to contribute across multiple product codebases and legacy maintenance. You will work as an individual contributor under a project architect, delivering robust, high-performance code across diverse subsystems.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining C++ applications, integrating with Python/React front ends, and operating in a CI/CD environment with Git, Docker, Linux and Make-based builds. U.S.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of C and C++ semantics, memory model, and runtime behavior.
• Strong grounding in computing principles: algorithms and data structures.
• Multithreading and concurrent programming with safe object lifecycles.
• Ability to navigate and extend large legacy codebases.
• Experience with Linux server environments and Google Test (gtest).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance C++ applications and libraries.
• Develop new features and maintain legacy code across products.
• Apply correctness, robustness, and performance discipline under an architect.
• Work with multithreading, concurrency, and object lifecycle in production.
• Build and operate within CI/CD pipelines: Git, GitLab, Docker, Linux, scripting, Make.
• Participate in code reviews; incorporate feedback to raise quality.
• Use AI-assisted tools and MCP-like workflows for development tasks.
• Collaborate with Python, React, and infrastructure teams on integration points.
