Job summary

Fairwaves is a small, fast-growing telecommunications vendor with global offices. We seek an experienced C/C++ engineer with strong GNU/Linux skills to develop and deploy software for our Software Defined Mobile Network platform.

You will work with open-source components like Osmocom, FreeSWITCH, and Erlang/Elixir. Ideal candidates have robust debugging expertise, self-directed work style, and proficiency in English and/or Russian.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in C/C++ development and deployment.
• Excellent research skills with unfamiliar protocols and standards.
• Vast debugging and troubleshooting experience.
• Self-driven with high level goals and minimal management.
• Solid GNU/Linux and open-source practices.
