Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a software engineer to research, develop, and maintain tooling for scalable build, regression, and release infrastructure used daily by chip designers. You will also develop user-facing services to schedule, track, and triage flows and create internal tools to collect and visualize key metrics.

The role emphasizes applying modern CI/CD practices, continuous improvement, and production-quality code across a global tech stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or CE, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in C++/Golang and scripting (Python/Perl/Tcl).
• Experience writing production-quality code and understanding CS fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and maintain tooling for scalable build, regression, and release infra.
• Develop user-facing services to schedule, track, and triage flows.
• Build internal tools to collect, analyze, monitor, and visualize metrics.
