Job summary

You will work with quants and traders on production-grade, non-siloed systems, focusing on performance-sensitive code and architecture decisions in a meritocratic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive industry experience developing high performance, high throughput systems.
• Expertise in C# or Java is required.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
• Prior experience leading a team or driving architecture decisions preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or closely related discipline; MS/PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance alpha generation and improve our strategy and research infrastructure.
• Tap into tens of petabytes of raw data to understand market dynamics and find new signals.
• Take advantage of rapid turnaround cycles to implement strategy ideas into production quickly.
