Job summary

Susquehanna is seeking engineers to join our Strategy Development team. This computationally intensive role involves collaborating with quants and traders to refine strategies and push the boundaries of systematic trading.

You will work with tens of petabytes of market data and real-time decisions, delivering production-level improvements with rapid iteration in a meritocratic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building high performance, high throughput systems.
• Expertise in C# or Java is required.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
• Prior experience with C++ is a plus.
• Prior leadership or architecture decision experience is preferred.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in CS, Math, or related field (MS/PhD preferred).
