Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years procuring outsourcing or subcontracted manufacturing in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and SAP expertise within procurement and subcontracted manufacturing.
• 10+ years of SAP procurement and production planning experience required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating outsourcing in engineered/make-to-order environments.

Aufgaben

• Manage outsourced/subcontracted production activities and supplier relationships.
• Lead RFQs and evaluate new suppliers for better terms.
• Create SAP routers and manage subcontracted manufacturing steps.
• Issue POs and subcontracted work orders and track through systems.
• Ensure deliveries meet quality, quantity, and schedule targets.
• Monitor supplier performance and communicate issues to leadership.
