Simfoni Limited is seeking a Senior Buyer to join our BuyDesk operations in the United States. You will support customers, manage requisitions, and source goods and services across local and international markets.

The role emphasizes negotiation, collaboration with a global network, and using Spend Automation and analytics tools to drive value. Strong English, 3+ years' experience in sourcing required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in buyer roles, including sourcing and procurement processes.
• Experience managing RFQs and RFPs.
• Strong English business fluency.
• Ability to work within a global BuyDesk network.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to fulfil procurement needs under supervision.
• Work as part of our global network of BuyDesk Hubs to deliver strategy purchasing and higher value sourcing initiatives.
• Manage purchase requisitions from requestors and source goods/services at best value from local and international markets.
• Negotiate with suppliers daily.
• Utilize Simfoni technology solutions including Spend Automation, Analytics and Sourceforce to analyze spend and manage bid/quote processes.
• Focus spend categories include Facilities, MRO, IT Hardware, Software, Travel and more; expertise in these categories is not required.
