Specialty Vehicles Orlando, a Terex Corporation company, is seeking a Buyer II to manage daily purchasing tasks, maintain stock levels, create POs, and build strong supplier relationships. You will monitor open orders and strive for best prices and optimal order quantities.

You will help implement strategic sourcing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve on-time delivery and overall cost efficiency.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Visio and SAP MRP purchasing systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Run open purchase requisitions.
• Create PO's to vendors.
• Open PO Report.
• Follow up if past delivery date.
• Update Item Records.
• Update PO's and resend to vendor.
• Handle CSR Requests.
• Provide Tracking/shipment POD.
• Expedite PO's.
• PO Acknowledgement.
• Investigate Reoccurring problems.
• Cost issues, missed ship dates, UOM issues, etc.
• Own supplier relationships.
• Assist in strategic sourcing process implementation.
• Lead, develop and mentor parts purchasing team.
