Job summary

TERREPOWER is seeking a Senior Buyer to join our Orlando office. The Senior Buyer will ensure on-time delivery of aftermarket and production products, improve forecasting, and strengthen supplier relationships to meet operational goals.

Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain, you will collaborate with teams to build forecasts and smooth supply lines across remanufacturing and aftermarket businesses while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience in ERP systems and MRP recommendations.
• Initiate and distribute purchase orders for All Star products.
• Monitor and maintain order quantities and PO flow.
• Follow up on supply disruptions and elevate issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and forecast responsibly.
• Analyze metrics using Tableau and drive improvements.
• Foster continuous improvement between suppliers and facilities.
• Ensure safety standards compliance and a safe work environment.
• Track key metrics for on-time supplier delivery and cost controls.
• Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and company policies.
