Qualifications

• Ability to support multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports supplier selection and approval per Purchasing Strategy.
• Develops workflows for indirect purchasing and maintains internal SharePoint guides.
• Negotiates delivery schedules and terms to optimize price, timing, and quality.
• Prepares purchase orders and administers contracts within budget.
• Monitors supplier performance and prepares related reports.
• Resolves purchasing and payment issues with suppliers.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
