Cracker Barrel is seeking a Buyer for Men’s Apparel and Collegiate Licensed Apparel. You will own strategy and performance from development to in-season management, leveraging customer insights, trends, and strong vendor partnerships to create compelling assortments that drive sales and brand growth.

The role focuses on category leadership, in-season management, and cross-functional collaboration to balance growth and profitability while maintaining brand standards across multi-channel platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in retail buying, merchandising, planning, or related commercial functions.
• Experience owning a category or major assortment of apparel, preferably men’s and collegiate licensed apparel.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined merchandise category or portfolio of categories, including assortment strategy and financial performance.
• Lead weekly and seasonal business reviews to identify opportunities and manage reorders, promotions, and markdowns.
• Lead product development and sourcing to ensure customer-right assortments aligned with brand standards.
• Own category performance against sales, gross margin, turn, markdown, and inventory productivity targets.
