Job summary

Noah Medical in California is seeking a Senior Buyer for a 6–9 month W-2 contract to support Manufacturing, Supplier Engineering and Design Engineering. You will plan, source, negotiate, and manage purchase orders and BOMs for production components.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in planning and purchasing, with ERP/PLM experience and advanced Excel skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in planning and purchasing.
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems.
• Advanced Excel skills with V-Lookup and Pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Plan order actions based on BOMs, project schedules, MRP and demand plans.
• Secure quotations, negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Source components via new and existing suppliers; place POs and track receipts.
• Review production build plans for procurement of components.
• Monitor open POs and lead times; follow up with suppliers.
• Ensure MRP data accuracy and currency.
• Maintain supplier delivery, quality, cost metrics; escalate shortages.
