The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in Materials Management, 2+ years Lean experience, and strong problem‑solving and communication abilities. Competitive compensation and benefits support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years in Materials Management (Purchasing or Production Planning) preferred.
• 2+ years Lean experience desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for updating documents and charts.

Responsibilities

• Owns material sourcing for assigned commodities, with cost and supply continuity focus.
• Lead day-to-day supplier negotiations within defined authority.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust sourcing strategies as needed.
• Own scheduling decisions to ensure uninterrupted production and inventory efficiency.
• Manage supplier performance, provide forecasts, and coordinate cross-functional actions.
• Provide guidance to plant personnel on materials processes and issues.
