Strong negotiation skills with favorable pricing, terms, and supplier agreements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead daily purchasing activities to procure raw materials, components, and production supplies.
Mentor and direct the purchasing/procurement team.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships and manage vendor performance.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Monitor inventory, forecasts, and production schedules to prevent disruptions.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis and supplier pricing.
