Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer in North Reading, MA for a 3-Month Contract. The role focuses on direct procurement, supplier management, and material planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work hands-on with ERP systems to manage POs, reschedule, and demand planning.

The ideal candidate brings strong Excel skills, KPI-driven supplier oversight, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives within procurement and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and supplier portfolios.
• Proficiency with ERP systems for PO execution and demand planning.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookups.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials, components, and other critical items.

About the Role

We areseeking an experienced Senior Buyer to manage procurementactivities, supplier relationships, and material planning in a fast-pacedmanufacturing and supply chain environment. Key Responsibilities

• Procure materials, components,assemblies, hardware, and other business-critical items.
• Manage supplier relationships andmonitor supplier performance against established KPIs.
