Results achieved through assessment benchmarking, customer journey mapping, current and future state process flows and gap analytics, strategic recommendations, financial optimization, organizational change management, governance, and implementation. Additionally responsible for coaching and mentoring associates. **Key Details:** Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Experience in Marketplace preferred. * Establish as a strategic partner through gaining knowledge of the business / technology, building trust, and demonstrating value. * Provide guidance and leadership and encourage collaboration to diverse, cross-functional stakeholders. * Make independently ideated, informed business recommendations. * Leads jumbo initiatives (defined as impacted 1k+ people, 3-5 business functions, or 75%+ reengineering of an existing process).
