Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, scalable and quantifiable business process improvements. Researches industry best practices to ensure alignment of strategic planning, collaboration with key stakeholders, communication delivery, operational execution/implementation, and compliance and budget adherence.
