Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with major course work in Computer Science or related field and considerable experience in public works or utility engineering.
• Master’s degree with specialized industry training preferred.
• Possession of an appropriate driver’s license valid in the State of North Carolina.

• Coordinate the strategy, planning, and implementation of business systems and processes and other associated business systems required for business continuity.
• Develop project plans, specifications and manage technology implementation and integration; prepare and update business processes documentation.
• Oversee technology implementation for the Energy Services department in coordination with other City departments.
