What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, develop, and mentor technical staff within the Unemployment Tax and Benefits (UTAB) team.
- Elicit and define business and technical requirements for complex application solutions.
- Oversee requirements analysis and verification activities to ensure completeness and conformance to standards.
- Manage business analysts and QA testers, facilitating documentation and testing of business requirements.
- Research and implement best practices in business analysis while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 11 years of IT experience in leading requirements elicitation and management, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 7 years of relevant experience.
- Progressive experience in analyzing complex technical issues and documenting findings.
- Experience in developing and maintaining system documentation standards.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex applications and systems.
- Working knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes such as Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proven aptitude for independently developing and monitoring technical documentation standards.
