What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in these areas
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to self-direct and operate independently without micromanagement
- Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of proactive problem-solving

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Product Management, or related roles within Financial Services
- Familiarity with Wealth Management domains, particularly Trust, Brokerage, and Investment platforms
- Prior product ownership or project leadership experience
- UX familiarity and experience collaborating with designers or conducting user testing
- Strong grasp of Agile delivery and cross-functional team management
