Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with an applicable Associate’s degree.
• 8 years with an applicable Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience with IT systems analysis and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements development by interviewing and workshops.
• Document and validate current and future state processes (functional/technical).
• Prepare functional/technical documentation for hand-off to IT teams.
• Create use cases, requirements, test plans, and process maps.
• Facilitate design sessions and stakeholder engagement meetings.
