Qualifications

• BS degree or 5 years progressive technical/business experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with requirements definition and documentation.
• Experience translating business needs into user‑centered designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex requirements.
• Provide advanced technical analysis and resolve system issues.
• Act as senior liaison between stakeholders, developers, and partners.
• Plan and coordinate projects, track status, and facilitate sessions.
• Lead system testing, validation, and acceptance activities.
