We are currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Data Integration (Data Connect) (FTE / Onsite Interview) to join our team in Charlotte , North Carolina (US-NC) , United States (US) .
Day to Day Job Duties:
Serve as the primary liaison among application teams, business stakeholders, platform engineering, production support, and Data Connect product management.
Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with application teams, product owners, technology partners, and business stakeholders to understand data integration needs.
Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and supporting analysis.
Translate business objectives and data-integration requirements into actionable backlog items with clearly defined scope, dependencies, assumptions, and validation criteria.
Facilitate requirements walkthroughs, backlog refinement sessions, prioritization discussions, and solution-alignment meetings.
Partner with technical teams throughout design, development, testing, and implementation to clarify requirements and support delivery.
Coordinate onboarding of applications and data consumers to the Data Connect platform from initial intake through production and operational readiness.
Guide stakeholders through datasource, data feed, flow, access, scheduling, notification, environment, and implementation requirements.
Work with application teams to align proposed solutions with platform standards, supported integration patterns, controls, and implementation requirements.
Maintain onboarding materials, user guides, process documentation, FAQs, and stakeholder communications.
Manage feature and enhancement intake in partnership with application leads, product teams, and Data Connect stakeholders.
Maintain JIRA items and ensure backlog items are complete and ready for estimation, prioritization, development, testing, and release planning.
Support release planning based on prioritized backlog items, production issues, enterprise mandates, strategic roadmap initiatives, business commitments, funding, impact, dependencies, and downstream considerations.
Track program and delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, testing status, change readiness, and implementation activities.
Prepare concise status updates, decision-support materials, dashboards, and release communications for delivery teams and leadership.
Define business-validation requirements and coordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and sign-off activities.
Partner with engineering and production support teams to investigate data flow failures, access issues, datasource concerns, scheduling behavior, performance issues, and service disruptions.
Collect technical and business evidence, document business impact, track ownership, and communicate issue status, root-cause findings, remediation plans, and closure.
Ensure production issues, defects, and follow-up actions are reflected in the appropriate backlog, tracking, and governance processes.
Support operational-readiness reviews, deployment communications, release instructions, and post-implementation activities.
Lead recurring working sessions, intake reviews, requirements walkthroughs, status meetings, and issue-resolution discussions.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve intake processes, documentation, platform adoption, delivery transparency, operational readiness, and user experience.
Promote disciplined documentation, timely closure of open items, clear ownership, and accountability across participating teams.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, Product Analysis, Data Management, Technology Delivery, or a related discipline .
7+years of Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
7+years of Experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases .
Working knowledge of enterprise data integration, data movement, data warehousing, and relational database concepts .
7+years of Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies , including backlog management and software development lifecycle practices.
7+years of Experience using JIRA and Confluence for requirements, backlog, delivery, or project management.
7+years of Experience coordinating system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect management, release readiness, and implementation activities .
7+years of Experience working with application teams, engineering teams, production support, product teams, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
7+years of Experience managing requirements, risks, dependencies, decisions, actions, and follow-up activities across multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, surface risks, drive decisions, establish clear ownership, and maintain follow-through.
Ability to translate complex data and technology concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Nice to Have:
Experience with Data Connect or a comparable enterprise data-integration, data-movement, or orchestration platform .
Experience supporting Treasury, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, Data Governance, or CFO Data Management initiatives .
Familiarity with SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with data and integration technologies including ETL, Informatica, Oracle, Oracle Exadata, Hadoop, Spark, APIs, data lineage, data quality, monitoring, and orchestration .
Exposure to delivery and scheduling technologies such as Autosys, Airflow, CI/CD processes, Ansible, Jenkins, Python, or related tools .
Experience supporting enterprise platform modernization, production controls, retention, archival, or operational-readiness initiatives .
Experience working within regulated enterprise technology environments.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $96,800.00 - $145,200.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
