  • Delivery Artifacts: Produce high-quality business requirements, functional designs, process maps, data mappings, acceptance criteria, test plans, UAT scripts, release documentation, operating procedures, and support knowledge.
  • Release and Change Leadership: Assess NetSuite releases and vendor changes, coordinate regression testing and readiness, manage stakeholder communications, and support adoption.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Lead Tier 2–3 analysis for complex production issues, identify root causes, implement durable fixes, document known errors, and reduce repeat incidents.
  • AI and Intelligent Automation: Identify, evaluate, and deliver governed opportunities such as transaction matching, cash application, order intake, revenue-document review, accrual estimation, anomaly detection, and continuous control monitoring.
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination: Direct technical engagement with NetSuite, ACS, integration partners, and other vendors; maintain internal ownership of requirements, decisions, knowledge, and outcomes.
  • Mentorship and Standards: Coach BSAs and delivery partners, strengthen analysis practices, and promote reusable patterns, documentation, and architecture standards.
