Huntington National Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to serve as a senior liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into effective technology solutions. You will support, enhance, and maintain complex applications while driving process improvements and documenting requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; additional IT analytics experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across business, development, QA and vendor teams.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall environments and requirements management.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to regulatory and governance considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, document, validate business and system requirements.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirements reviews and coordinate across teams (development, architecture, QA, support).
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Maintain BRDs, process docs, workflows, and user procedures; develop training materials.
