Job description

Zuora, Inc. seeks Senior Business System Analyst to:

• Drive continuous improvement and best practices with SaaS applications architecture.
• Define the technical vision for the future state and anticipate business needs.
• Prioritize user stories through backlog refinement, liaise between the development team and business stakeholders.
• Prepare solution documentation for end users and support personnel, conducting End User training, educating others on how to leverage solutions for their work.
• Coordinate directly with business stakeholders across various corporate functions to collect and understand business requirements.
• Write and groom quality user stories and coordinate with the business to get timely approval.
• Answer questions the development team has and perform functional testing.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Engineers/Architects, or a related occupation. Experience must include 5 years of experience with each of the following:

• Analyzing and gathering business requirements.
• Preparing functional and technical documents and flow diagrams based on business requirements.
• Coordinating with different infrastructure teams during go-live and post-production.

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget.
