Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Align with the bank's business and channel strategy and reference best market practice to formulate short-, medium- and long-term branch and self-service banking network strategy and optimization plans
2. Device effective branch network capacity planning strategy and mechanism to deliver the bank's business and customer segmentation strategy, and to enhance the productivity of branch staff
3. Formulate branch fintech and automation strategy
4. Drive the functional development of fintech application, branch automation as well as self-services machines
5. Lead the implementation of strategic project plans and the end-to-end project management, monitoring project progress and satisfactory project delivery
6. Facilitate the business expansion strategy in ASEAN Region through best practice sharing

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above; preferably with major / minor in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Financial Management, etc.
2. At least 8-year relevant working experience in financial industry,including at least 3 years' experience in a managerial / project management capacity; experience in personal banking management and administration would be an advantage
3. Solid system / project management skills (including, UR/UI Design, UAT)
4. Familiar with banking operation and process improvement
5. Familiar with local statutory and regulatory requirements; understanding of market best practice in risk management and control
6. Good command in Chinese, English and Mandarin
7. Proficiency in MS Office
8. Less experience will be considered as Business Strategy Manager
