Job summary

AssetMark is seeking a Business Solutions Lead to drive transformation across data, processes, and technology. You will define requirements, partner with Product Engineering and Data teams, and manage implementations from concept to value realization. A hybrid schedule near Phoenix or Charlotte is preferred.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will lead business validation, define KPIs, and ensure solutions align with operating needs while achieving cost savings and scalability.

Qualifications

• Translates complex needs into detailed functional, technical, process, and data requirements.
• Delivery lifecycle understanding from design to production support and continuous improvement.
• Experience with data requirements, quality expectations, and data governance concepts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business data initiatives from problem definition through implementation and value realization.
• Assess current-state processes, systems, data flows, and operating models to design future-state solutions.
• Develop detailed technical and solution requirements including data rules, interfaces, and non-functional needs.
• Clarify requirements with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure alignment and trade-off decisions.
• Define KPIs and data quality measures to evaluate success and realized value.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage risks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Provide project leadership including planning, tracking, and escalation of barriers.
• Create high-quality solution documentation and traceability artifacts.
• Lead UAT, production readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
