Job summary

Bernalillo County is hiring a Senior Business Support Analyst for the Human Resources department. This in-person role is based at 415 Silver Ave SW and includes collaboration with various departments to optimize HR information systems.

The position requiresSAP-ERP familiarity, strong analysis, and project coordination. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, manage projects, and provide end-user support while ensuring compliance and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and four years of related work experience.
• Experience in analyzing business functions and translating requirements into system deployments.
• ERP SAP knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with departmental customers to identify improvement areas.
• Translate business requirements into system deployments and solutions.
• Manage small to medium size systems-related projects with limited staff.
• Provide user support for software and hardware issues and document processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal staff to ensure project success and budget adherence.
• Prepare technical documentation, plans, and reports.
