About the Role

Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely. We are seeking a Senior Business Solution Architect to join our Customer Team in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions by mapping client requirements to the ShareDo platform through structured discovery.
• Configure workflows, forms, and templates in a low‑code environment while coaching clients on self‑sufficiency.
• Lead delivery across the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timelines and estimates are met.
• Own and evolve a specific solution area, defining best practices and driving innovation.
• Enhance accelerators (system modules) based on feedback, trends, and implementation insights.
• Advise on enterprise architecture, integrations, and data models to support scalable solutions.
• Recommend integration and data strategies aligned with system maintainability and growth.
• Influence product direction by feeding client insights into the roadmap.
• Support adoption through mentoring, training, and proactive engagement.
• Contribute to pre‑sales through demos and prototypes that showcase ShareDo’s capabilities.
• Travel to client sites and cross‑functional meetings (~20%).
