Job summary

Pathward, N.A. seeks an experienced Business Risk Group advisor embedded within the business. You will provide risk-focused guidance on products, partnerships, and initiatives while coordinating with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams.

You will assess regulatory requirements, interpret expectations, and develop well-supported risk positions for regulators, auditors, and executives. Hybrid work model and onsite locations are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; master's preferred.
• 12+ years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to assess new products and models.
• Advise on complex risk and regulatory matters with practical solutions.
• Investigate root causes and use risk-based reasoning.
• Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making.
• Interpret laws and translate into actionable requirements.
• Present findings and regulatory positions to leadership and regulators.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning in risk management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
