The Senior Business Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in acquiring, onboarding, and engaging independent and corporate veterinary practices. You will work closely with industry partner sales teams to drive lead conversions, manage sales funnels, and support practice onboarding. As we scale, you will contribute to enablement resources, CRM optimization, and customer onboarding processes to ensure seamless practice adoption.This role requires a motivated, goal-driven individual who is comfortable balancing sales relationship management in a fast-scaling environment.Job Location: Remote – USA. Up to 40% Travel.Main Responsibilities:Utilize CRM to track leads, sales pipeline progress, and customer engagement metrics.Provide feedback on onboarding and engagement processes, helping to refine and automate future workflows.Act as the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversightCollaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure you’re up to speed on the latest business initiatives for the Clarus Portal product and can communicate such initiatives to clientsAnalyze account performance and create presentations to deliver performance updates and optimization opportunities to key stakeholdersWork with product and engineering on client feedback loop, bug identification and resolutionsWork with onboarding and implementation to on-board new acquisition clinicsPartner, communicate, and facilitate collaborative interactions with peer organizations to ensure objectives, tactics, and long-term strategies are aligned and executed appropriately to achieve business goalsResponsible for developing and clearly articulating the value of our full partnership with decision makers to elevate mutually beneficial outcomesCandidate possesses professional and advanced presentation skills, focused on providing solutions for the customerDeliver on Key Performance Measures of primary assigned accounts through collaborative effortsConduct quarterly business reviews ensuring that accounts understand the value of the Clarus Technology relationship and their performance relative to quarterly, semiannual, and annual growth expectationsTroubleshoot and take the lead on resolving any account issues, shepherd, and champion resolutionUp to 40% travelBasic Qualifications:Associates Degree and five (5) years of experience in sales, account managementSales-driven mindset with experience supporting lead generation and conversion.Strong organizational skills to track and coordinate high-volume customer interactions.Must be results oriented and able to work independently with little direct supervisionDemonstrated ability to develop and implement an accurate business planStrong understanding of financial and business metricsStrong selling and negotiation skillsExceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable in front of Senior leadership contactsExcellent time and process management skillsExperience in developing client facing reports with actionable insights and recommendationsStrong working knowledge of entire Microsoft Office suiteInterest in client relationship building and willingness to travel for client-facing eventsA strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environmentMust have valid driver’s license from state of residency.Must have and maintain vehicle, Insurance on transportation used for travel.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, animal science or related field and ten (10) years sales, account management within Animal Health industryDemonstrated experience within US animal health industry landscape.#LI-RemoteAll of our jobs come with great benefits including healthcare, parental leave and opportunities for career advancements.
