Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs consisting of multiple projects, workstreams, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and milestone schedules.
• Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to define objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
• Drive governance processes, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across business, technology, operational, and external partners.
• Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
• Track program performance, budget, resource utilization, and benefit realization.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: USD $100,042.00 – $142,560.00 annually. Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate’s skill set, experience, qualifications, equity, and other job-related reasons.

This is a 2-year fixed term position, working a full time work week with the option of receiving USP's total reward package.
