Job summary

FLEXRACK by Qcells in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Senior Business Planning Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, driving strategic decisions to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and corporate finance principles.
• Proven ability to develop complex financial models and perform sophisticated financial analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual operating plans, budgets, long-term strategic plans, and financial projections.
• Oversee quarterly and mid-term forecasting, including cash flow and liquidity projections.

Senior Business Planning Manager

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Planning Manager to oversee and execute financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to drive strategic decision-making and improve profitability. Key responsibilities include developing complex financial models, providing analytical support to senior leadership, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and improving financial processes through automation. This role requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor team members. This position reports to the Head of Business Support, FlexRack Division, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is located in Cleveland, OH and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 20%.

Essential Job Function & Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the development of annual operating plans, budgets, long-term strategic plans, and financial projections.
